CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Position: Inside & Outside Sales Representatives (3 positions)
Location: Remote, Toronto and Calgary

Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in B2B environment
  • Strong phone prospecting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, able to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
  • Ability to close deals
  • Strong aptitude for learning Voice-over-IP technology
  • College degree in computers, communications or other relevant field
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as lead team effort

Day to Day Responsibilites:

  • Identify and evaluate new accounts and develop new sales
  • Follow-up consistently to warm leads and qualified prospects
  • Prospect cold leads over the phone
  • Deliver effective sales presentation and quotations
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Maintain records of activities and contacts in sales database
  • Close sales in assertive and professional manner
  • Excellent follow-up with through sales and implementation cycle

Position: Technical Support and Provisioning Specialist
Location: Toronto

Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of highest customer satisfaction in resolving issues
  • Proven track record in as a self-starter and team worker
  • Excellent communication capabilities including interpersonal, oral, written and presentation skills
  • Must be available for all weekend and evening shifts in a rotation schedule
  • Ability to multi-task is essential
  • University degree or two years related work experience in telecommunciations, VoIP, IP networking, and computer systems

Day to Day Responsibilites:

  • Respond to technical support questions (trouble tickets and change management requests)
  • Handle all requests from customers by phone, email, and customized ticketing systems
  • Deal with a variety of product technologies including: ISDN, SS7, SIP, DSL, T1, T3, SONET, Ethernet, DID, LNP
  • Maintain all provisioning documentation up to date
